Your compliance quiz ID is your full last name plus the last four digits of your social security number.

For example, if your name is JOHN SMITH and your SSN is 333-22-7873, you will enter SMITH7873 for your quiz ID.

Enter your compliance quiz ID and either depress the [Enter] key or left click the Log In button to Log In.
